I met up with Maria in New York City after I'd been there a few days, and she took me up to Bard College, 2 hours north of the city. The region is very beautiful, and is a bit of a shock to go to after being in NYC. I got to see a bit of snow, the Catskills, and even got to Woodstock. Also, Maria and I went to a really good sushi restaurant - Osaka - in Tivoli near Bard.
