Morocco was quite an extraordinary experience, one I'm still mulling over in my mind. It's the first 3rd world nation I've been to that I can remember, but I still saw it through the eyes of a westerner on a tour there. Parts of it were like that what I was used to - tour bus, the hotels, the food - while other parts were of such condition I had never really experienced before - the begging masses wherever our tour was, the non-drinkable water, the chaos of the medinas of Fès and Marrakech. Together they make Morocco one of the most exotic and exciting places I have yet been to, and one that I would like to explore again some day.
