I went here in the early 80's, once to Victoria, BC, and once to Niagara Falls, ON. In 1995, my scout troop in Tennessee went canoeing in the Boundary Water region of NE Minnesota with Canadian Border Outfitters and we crossed into Canada on some legs of our trip.
